I am a Certified Nurse Health Coach and a Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist,. I offer a personalized & holistic approach to provide support, education, & motivation to any individual wanting to improve their health & wellness.
To support our community, I offer group and corporate wellness discussions on prediabetes, diabetes, and improving metabolic health.
In addition to individual coaching, I provide support and education to other healthcare professionals to help them better manage individuals with prediabetes and diabetes.

I enjoyed my coaching sessions with Melissa. Prior to my coaching sessions I felt I was struggling with how to get back on track with my health. Working with Melissa helped me to figure out what I wanted work on to improve my health. Melissa was very empathetic and supportive. Before I started working with Melissa, I was not feeling healthy. My weight was going up and I was feeling tired and sluggish all the time. I didn’t know much about how to improve my health.
